At Embark Dental Asheville, your first appointment includes a thorough exam and gathering any information that our dentist must be aware of in order to provide care specifically to your oral health. We understand that all patients are different and require individualized care. 

New Patient Appointment Deposit Policy

We're excited to welcome you to our practice!

To reserve dental your appointment, we require a $31 deposit at the time of scheduling for new patients. This deposit secures your dedicated appointment time and will be applied to the cost of your visit.

If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice so we can offer that appointment time to another patient. Deposits with at least 48 hours' notice are fully refundable.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us provide timely care for all of our patients while reserving the time needed to give you our full attention.
